As a result of the ongoing delayed cricket season, the committee has come to a decision in regards to membership due for 2020.
The club has been successful in securing a grant to help assist us during this period with the loss of income from subscriptions, bar sales and club hire. While this is a great help in the short term, we still need to ensure we manage our costs and limited income prudently and have extended our financial planning into next year.
Everyone is in different circumstances and while we look for financial assistance/planning ourselves, we also want to provide our members with the availability of cricket (training and matches as it returns) without causing any unnecessary financial stress.
Taking into account all of the above, the committee has decided that for 2020 all members fall into the “Social Membership” category and no playing membership will be due. There will be no charges for the Junior Memberships.
Social Membership is £20 (Payment details below).
Those that are currently paying full adult membership by standing order/paid in full already, we will be in contact with regards to your options.
Prior to lockdown, we started to collate a list of projects/maintenance that we would like to carry out in order to improve the club facilities. We want to continue with this plan as and when we feel comfortable in doing so financially. Donations are very much welcome towards these projects with our immediate focus being within the clubhouse. (Please make all donations separate from any membership payment).
We would like to thank everyone for their ongoing support.
